Refunds
All payments made to HomeFix Technologies LTD for project opportunities or contractor marketing services are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of our services and instant access to customer information, refunds are generally not provided.
However, if a project opportunity is found to be invalid — such as containing incorrect contact details, being outside your selected service area, or clearly fraudulent — you may request a review within 3 business days of delivery.

- Your business name
- The lead or project reference ID
- A short description of the issue
If your request meets our refund criteria, a full or partial credit may be issued at our discretion.
Please note: Refunds will not be granted for reasons such as failure to close a sale, homeowner disinterest, or competitive bids from other contractors.
Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, we ask that you first contact our team to resolve the issue directly. Filing a dispute without prior communication may delay resolution and affect your account status.
